We are looking for a part time Retail Sales/Doggy Daycare Associate to work at our brand new state of the art facility. We can offer between 2-4 shifts per week during low periods and up to 5 during peak seasons or as needed.

Here is what a day in the life of a pet retail associate would look like:
- Provide guests with an exceptional shopping experience.
- Share product knowledge and make nutritional suggestions based on the customers pet
- Perform front end duties such as handling the cash register, checking out customers, answering telephones and booking grooming appointments.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and security
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer questions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Here is what a day in the life of a Doggy Daycare Associate would look like:

-Supervise and monitor dogs in a daycare setting to ensure their safety and well-being
- Engage in playtime activities with the dogs, including interactive games and exercise
- Clean and maintain the daycare facility, including sanitizing play areas and restrooms
- Monitor dog behavior and intervene in any aggressive or inappropriate interactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience in pet retail sales / doggy daycare environment is preferred
- Knowledge of dog breeds and dog nutrition
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
