Experienced Medical Esthetician for MedSpa

We are looking for a medical esthetician with experience performing laser treatments, microneedling, radio frequency, hydrafacial, bodysculpting and chemical peels to join a new medical spa in Flint.

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience as a medical esthetician
• Perform laser hair removal treatments, hydrafacials, chemical peels, and more
• Must be a licensed esthetician, certified laser tech is a bonus

Facility

• Maintain spa and room cleanliness
• Notify office manager when you’re running low on product
• Use manufacturers reps accordingly
• Know all current offers and specials

Employee Performance

• Dress professionally and in accordance with spa guidelines - black scrubs
• Participate in continuing education
• Be ahead of industry trends, know what is coming up in the industry
• Respect complimentary employee services, rules, prices, etc.
• Coach and be coachable; we never stop learning
• Be responsible for your own schedule

Clerical/Patient Charts

• Prep patient charts with appropriate paperwork
• Review patient charts prior to service
• Take detailed chart notes and progress photos every time

Customer Service

• Manage customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
• Always strive for 5-star service
• Knowledge of skin care regimens
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to treat all with respect and courtesy
• Pays close attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Flint, MI 48532: Relocate before starting work (Required)
