Job Opportunity: Manager, Laboratory ( Lab)

Responsibilities:

• Manage core laboratory operations ensuring compliance with State, Federal, CAP guidelines, and Quality Assurance standards.
• Supervise teammates, oversee employment activities, and provide work direction.
• Monitor workflow, delegate responsibilities, and ensure accuracy and promptness of test results.
• Collaborate in quality improvement programs and evaluate regulatory requirements.
• Maintain budgetary oversight and evaluate key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required, with 2-4 years of experience and 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Clinical laboratory experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Technical Manager certification and relevant licensure/certification (e.g., ASCP) required.
• Familiarity with clinical theoretical knowledge and scientific problem-solving methods.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $55.29 per hour
