Responsibilities

  • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various strategies to grow an existing portfolio of policyholders
  • Collaborate and recruit new partnerships to develop insurance strategies that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance and profitability needs
  • Represent GC in meetings, communicating with existing and potential clients to accurately identify their unique needs for specific insurance products and services
  • Increase user base and program conversion, resulting in increased polices in-force
  • Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary sales reports to track and communicate the status of assigned goals

Qualifications

  • Active P&C license
  • In-office work (Los Angeles) - a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to learn and understand the renters insurance industry as a whole
  • Working knowledge of sales lead software, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or GSuite, are required
