Title: Business Analyst Data

• Domain Experience : Banking( Must to have)
• Sub Domain: (Wholesale Lending Credit Risk or Counterparty Credit Risk or Data Governance or DCRM - Data Concerns Remediation only. ( Mid level)
• Required range of Exp. level: 5- 10 years.
• Role: Fulltime with Maveric NXT Inc.
• Mode of work: Hybrid or Onsite.
• Location: Multiple Locations NYC or NJ or Tampa, FL.

Data Business Analyst

• Experience building and managing data flows, performing data profiling, etc
• Intermediate coding experience (SQL, Python, etc.
• Supporting data-related issue management and remediation efforts (root cause analysis through remediation execution) along with other Data Management and Data Quality initiatives
• Analyzing data analysis and looking g at root case as well as building linkage from DCRM to BCBS reporting - which reports are impacted due to DCRM concerns
• This job would include themes around Regulatory Report Impact Assessment, Determination of yes/no of impact, as well as including the coming months the need to determine impact value and compensating controls.
• Intermediate - At least 5 years of experience within Banking / Financial Services Industry
• Strong business analytical, organizational and Project / program management skills.
• Experience with Consumer Bank, Wealth Management and / or Operation related products, business processes, regulatory reporting landscape, etc.,
• Knowledge of Banking data/systems flows mandatory; Citi preferred.
• Experience building and managing data flows, performing data profiling, etc. Citi data and system experience would help accelerate output / deliverable. New hires will require training.
• Ability to liaise with Data Consumers, Data Providers on both the Business and Technical level. SMEs may be sourced from front and back-office functions as well as Global Functions (Risk, Finance, Compliance, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, business and technical writing to support decision-making and actions.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to recognize and comprehend complex Data issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting the business environment.
• Follows policies & guidelines.
• Experience with Data Management processes, tools and applications.
• Intermediate coding experience (SQL, Python, etc.).
