We're currently seeking a Technical Engagement Anchor, who can bring technical, delivery, solution, and commercial expertise, along with the empathy to understand our clients' challenges and craft solutions quickly. You will be instrumental in creating proposals and negotiating through the proposal process.

· Technical Skills:

• The ability to engage with C & C-1 Level Stakeholders in business and technology with an open consultative selling mindset.
• The skill to align competencies to structure the right deal based on customer demands.
• A track record of proactively creating opportunities and successfully closing deals by offering custom services and the necessary engagement models and skill sets required for project execution.
• Professional Skills:
• The capacity to thrive in situations with minimal direction and the ability to lead, organize, and deliver engagement commitments on time.
• Interest and experience in functional areas such as Customer Experience, onboarding, customer/data analytics, payments life cycle, application rationalization, application managed services, and data modernization.
• Prior hands-on experience with major hyper-scalers like Microsoft or AWS in a solutioning capacity.
• An expert-level understanding of software development methodologies and practices, including CI/CD, QA, peer review, automated testing, TDD, IaC, and DevOps.
• 12 to 16 years of core Banking domain experience with handson Technical solutions architect & Pre-sales experitse.

Responsibilities:-

• Work with Engagement, Delivery, and Growth Leaders in:
• Carrying out Account Discovery, identifying client needs and challenges, and formulating technical roadmaps and technology solutions that support their business goals.
• Providing inputs to define the growth trajectory of accounts for the next 24 months.
• Contributing to building Account Plans and Engagement Agendas for assigned Key Accounts.
• Work with the Delivery Leadership team for:
• Identifying and executing delivery impact initiatives within three four-month cycles within a financial year.
• Reviewing the delivery approach in collaboration with the Central engagement team and providing direction for necessary corrections.
• Work with Talent Engineering and L&D team for:
• Mentoring on the approach and execution of solutions, coaching on technologies, and establishing a team-wide comprehension of solution capabilities and direction.
• Leveraging networking and delivery relationships to identify and build new competencies and offerings.
• Maintaining strong expertise and knowledge of current and emerging technologies and products.
