Mavensoft Technologies is Hiring a Technical Writer Near Denver, CO
- We are seeking a technical writer to work with our IT Service Management team in, creating and posting notifications for ITIL processes.
- This work requires a detail-oriented focus and the ability to cross-reference multiple documents to ensure the information is accurate.
- This position will require interaction with multiple individuals through-out the OIT organization.
- Experience in marketing and communications
- Experience in technical writing
- Experience in the Information Technology industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Self-starter with ability to improve documentation process
- Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to cross-check for errors
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google office products (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) preferred
