Title: Practice Manager II – RHC Plaza Primecare 403

Location: Maury Regiona Medical Group Plaza

Position Shift: Full-Time Days
Position Summary:
Responsible for daily operations of practice to include financial, operations and personnel management within the policies of Maury Regional Health (MRH). Provides leadership for staff; communicates and models mission and values of system. Responsibilities of the Practice Manager include physician relations, communications, management of non-provider staff (clinical matters will include direction from the affected provider), practice revenue cycle management, Site-Specific Action Plans, physical plant, operations, education and training, supply inventory, etc. Along with this authority comes the responsibility for the bottom line performance of the assigned practice.
Credentials / Education:
· Bachelor’s in a Related Field Preferred
· 3 years Practice Management or Leadership Experience in a Medical office Required
