Title: Food Service Associate II (Grill Cook)
Location: Maury Regional Medical Center
Shift: Full Time Mon-Fri 5:30-2:00p covers staff vacation days as needed
Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for handling/storing/preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations, preparing food that meets standards for palatability/appearance, portioning food in accord with designated standards, meeting meal schedule, avoiding food waste, using standard recipes, and using equipment and supplies.
Credentials / Education:
o One (1) Hospital, Institutional or Restaurant Environment as a Baker, Cook or Salad Maker
