Job Summary:

Maui Ka’anapali Villas is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property and performing general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing and electrical work, be able to work independently, and have excellent time management skills. This is a full-time position with flexible availability required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work, painting, cleaning, and repair work.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Ensure highest level of customer service for residents, vendors, and guests.
• Assist in light construction projects as needed.
• Available to be "on-call" when requested and promptly respond to work order requests during assigned periods.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used.
• Assist in other tasks as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of industry or maintenance-related experience.
• Knowledge of A/C unit filters, drywall, plumbing, electric.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Be able to provide a valid and current driver’s license and required eligible documents for employment.
• Detail-oriented.
• Eager to learn.
• Show up and be on time.
• Have honest, respectful communication with teammates and guests.
