MATTR Biowellness Club is a state-of-the-art holistic healing space seeking to add a highly skilled IV Technician to our health-centric team. We are currently seeking an individual who has a passion for health and wellness, demonstrates exceptional customer service, and has a genuine desire to improve the lives of others. Prior experience in administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) injections is necessary to your success in this role.

Qualifications:

• You’re a licensed RN, LVN, EMT (level 2 preferred) or paramedic in the state of Texas.
• You have at least two years of experience.
• You have at least one year of experience administering IV’s and injections.
• You have an active license that is in good standing.
• You are CPR certified.
• You have excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment.
• You are a self-starter and have an interest in helping others achieve optimal health.

Responsibilities:

• Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) injections to clients.
• Obtaining and monitoring the client’s vital signs before, during, and after their service.
• Mixing IV drips using our sterile equipment and materials, along with properly storing equipment when not in use.
• Educating clients on the wide array of benefits that IV Therapy and IM injections can provide.
• Completing Biomarker Blood Test offerings to help clients gain insights into their health.
• Documenting client and member visits via our electronic medical record system.

• Ordering necessary supplies to maintain our IV and injection department.
• Assisting other team members with in-store modalities and services.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Following all company compliance and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding not only IV/injections, but also the expansive benefits of our wellness modalities.
• Ability to determine the appropriate course of action in more complex situations.
• Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to adapt and handle difficult situations involving clients, colleagues, physicians, or others in a professional manner.
