Mattison Avenue leases suites to beauty professionals on an annual basis. We are a property manager for our members, in charge of leasing, facility maintenance, and member management. As a property management group for salon, beauty, and other professionals, our core mission is to provide the best member experience possible through our superior suite spaces, customer service, and facilities management. Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa, Signature Salon Studios, and the Palette Collective are in our brand family.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Property Coordinators are responsible for the following core duties at 2-3 locations in an assigned geography:

Leasing:

  • Develop and grow existing and new sources of leads
  • Manage walk-in prospects
  • Conduct leasing tours as-needed
  • Oversee engaging in-person tenant onboarding
  • Direct tenant move out process

Location Management:

  • Partner with Regional Property Manager to resolve complaints and issues, enforce rules of occupancy, turnover vacant units to new tenants
  • Host recurring tenant appreciation events
  • Originate maintenance work orders
  • Keep common areas, breakroom, and restrooms picked up, clean and stocked
  • Engage with Members to ensure needs are being met

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • 2 years of sales/service experience
  • Experience with leasing and tenant management preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and administrative skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
  • On-site per weekly schedule

  • Occasionally requires repetitive motion of wrists, finger dexterity and visual acuity for computer work
  • Occasionally required to reach, kneel, bend or stoop
  • Occasionally required to lift to 20 pounds
  • May require walking on unfinished floors, and locations under construction
  • Must be able to transport boxes, move furniture and small equipment

  • Regularly required to use written and oral communication skills.
  • Interpret people and situations; learn and apply new information; perform highly detailed work on multiple concurrent tasks with constant interruptions.

Job Type: Part-Time -1099 Position

Schedule:

  • Variable, Monday - Saturday
  • Approx. 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales/Leasing/Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Background Check (Required)

Work Location: On-Site

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Experience level:

  • 2 years

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Tempe, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
