Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Operate cash register and process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly stocked - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction Requirements: - Previous retail sales experience preferred - Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures - Familiarity with electronic sales systems, including POS (Point of Sale) systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual language skills (preferred) - Ability to work in a team environment - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
