At Matrix Providers, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physician Recruiting Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and interviewing highly competitive Healthcare professionals with specialized skills. Your success in this role will be measured by presenting qualified candidates within the required timeframe, lowering the time to fill, and increasing retention rates.

• Full-time salaried position with a compensation of $55,000 yearly, plus uncapped commission

What We Look For

• Three years of Physician Healthcare Recruiting experience in a high volume, Government, or Agency Recruiting setting
• Passion, innovation, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• A creative thinker who excels in recruiting hard-to-fill roles
• Proven success in delivering results individually and as a team
• Great attention to detail and ability to manage a heavy workload
• Strong relationship-building skills through various communication methods

What You Will Do

• Review, evaluate, and interview candidates against contract requirements
• Act as a partner and adviser to region stakeholders
• Drive recruiting strategies in a highly competitive market
• Utilize various sourcing and candidate development methods
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through thorough communication
• Prepare documentation packages for the Credentialing team
• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders
• Track metrics to improve candidate pipelines
• Provide support to the Credentialing team and assist with job postings
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Recommend and drive improvements to talent pipelines
