Location: Onsite - Fall River, MA (office)

Summary:

Matouk is seeking a detail-oriented e-Commerce Associate. The candidate must be comfortable working with data, and have the technical acumen to make connections between our product line, product data, and platforms. The Associate will be responsible for website updates, product set-up and maintenance, and will assist the e-Commerce Site Manager with daily site operations and ad hoc projects.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support e-Commerce Site Manager with daily site operations and site maintenance of matouk.com

• Launch new products on-site along with QA of products and style pages to ensure product information accuracy

• Prepare product data file to import into CMS and create product/SKUs

• Create styles, kits and swatches in CMS

• Create new colors and color groups in CMS.

• Associate lifestyle, silo imagery, videos, monogramming experiences to styles and product pages

• Assign product attributes, keywords, category assignments, sort order, etc.

• Work closely with Operations in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to ensure website and product data match across systems

• Maintain and update accurate product catalog on matouk.com, including product descriptions, pricing and other key information on style pages and PDPs. 

• Maintain and update images across the website. Coordinate with Creative to ensure proper placement and usage of current images across the platform. 

• Perform quality assurance maintenance and site audit for accuracy, onsite merchandising, and overall site health 

• Coordinate with e-Commerce, Merchandising and Data Management on price changes, product retirement for sold out and discontinued styles or products.

• Assist on end of year image review on styles, product, and other site pages to identify images with archived styles and products

• Management of up-to-date messaging for all out of stock/back-ordered products

• Communicate with Order Management Specialists on fabric delays.

• Communicate with the Customer Care team on Swatch inventory. 

• Monitor site for bugs and perform QA to ensure excellent customer experience and resolve site issues.

• Troubleshoot any merchandising and technical issues related to .COM, providing Application Support as needed

• Liaise with Customer Care, Orders Processing, Accounting, Technology, etc.

• Communicate with Marketing, Human Resources and Sales on site updates for Factory Store, Hotel, Inside Matouk, Careers page and Retail Locator

• Provide recommendations on meta-data schema for data management & data integrity between eCommerce system & Salesforce

• Assist with user acceptance testing for digital projects, including testing website bugs, issues, and feature updates on all devices as needed

• Work on other projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field

• Experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Data Management, or Technology.

• Must have strong attention to detail and technical skills

• Well organized and analytical

• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Vlookup, basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables, generating reports)

• Comfortable working in a variety of systems

• Experience in Salesforce/RootStock a plus
