We are a leading company in the manufacturing industry, seeking a dedicated CNC Operator for our 2nd shift, which runs from 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will operate CNC machines to produce quality parts in accordance with our established procedures. Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machine center, primarily milling blocks of aluminum.
• Load and unload machines correctly.
• Use scanner to accurately document jobs.
• Perform quality checks of finished products, ensuring proper dimensional requirements.
• Maintain required production levels.
• Buff and de-burr parts and plates.
• Document scrap produced according to department standards.
• Maintain a clean work area, including cleaning machines inside and out.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a production environment with routine exposure to dirt, noise, chemicals, and solvents. Regular exposure to repetitive motions and tasks. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average at least 40 hours a week, with some expectation of overtime. Work is primarily performed while standing. Must be able to lift and move up to 30 pounds of product and equipment.
