Manages salescampaigns with the intent of either scheduling appointments for sales toimprove sales productivity or by gaining business via direct quote / follow up.
Assesses customer satisfaction with MTG products and services via conductingsurveys and provides insights for addressing customer concerns.
Works closelywith SBU Sales Leaders, Sales, Corporate Marketing and Customer Service.Position Accountabilities;
Provides quotes or completes thesale, if campaign appropriate to directly gain new business. - Probes andidentifies problematic situations / opportunities that could protect or yield newbusiness for MTG and communicates the information to the appropriate functionfor follow up.
Perform other projects andduties as assigned.
High School Graduate with diploma and / or prior experience inoutbound calling / inside sales, outside sales or marketing desirable.
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to establish and manage customerrelationships - Ability to work independently.
