Food expeditors work in restaurants to ensure a smooth flow between the front of the house and the back of the house. They set the pace and flow of the kitchen to ensure that all dishes are properly prepared and served at the correct temperatures. They also ensure that a table gets all their food at the same time.

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic culinary knowledge is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus

As a Expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service by delivering their food orders promptly and accurately. Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and may involve lifting or carrying heavy trays. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also required.
