Experience and Education Requirements:• 3-year Janitorial experience is a plus

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Maintain a high standard of excellence• Schedule – Evenings/Nights• Responsible for hiring and training all personnel• Oversee operations of assigned accounts, i.e., quality control, labor pool, and managing employees to ensure they are following contractual obligations• Responsible for overseeing and managing time sheet input, supply management, inventory and distribution of payroll as required assessment for assigned accounts• Responsible for partial HR duties, including application distribution, hiring compliance, injury reporting• Assists Branch Manager in maintaining/managing budgets for each building i.e., providing all necessary labor reports and any other pertinent data as it relates to payroll• Assist in providing necessary supplies and tools for each jobsite i.e. inventories, start up, miscellaneous supplies/equipment• Assist Management in generating/completing tag jobs• Conducting building inspection after normal business hours• Responsible for completing floor care and/or assisting floor technicians in completion of contractual obligations• Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager
