- You'll be responsible for exceeding forecasted revenue targets through an aggressive rental and sales effort plan.
- Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company.
- Prepare the necessary paperwork.
- Proper use of our Systems: TSD, GSA STR Website Gmail, and Master’s Website.
- Frequent review of the tracking spreadsheet, sell-over list, and detailed workflow calendar.
