Job Title: Inside Sales Representative with Continuous Opportunities for Growth!
Job Description: We are searching for an Inside Sales Representative who is extremely detailed, exhibits a high sense of accountability for workload, and enjoys process improvement and management. The right candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and is a self-motivated individual who can actively engage.

A Day in the Life as an Inside Sales Representative: Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound communications (outbound & inbound calls, email, and chat) to generate leads. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Managers. Meet or exceed pre-established business development objectives and metrics. Cross-functional collaboration with both Sales and Marketing. Manage, track, and report all activities and results using the company’s CRM. Provide customers with initial product information and pricing and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. Present initial financing options based on customer needs. Follow up with leads.
