Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to make a significant impact in the renewable energy industry.
Duties:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar or technical sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in software applications such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
