Key position functions include:

• Create standard product quotes for Sales Group/Representatives
• Perform contract review on major Project Purchase Orders
• Sales order entry
• Perform valve sizing and recommend valve size and material
• Deal promptly and professionally with customer requests/concerns
• Provide technical support to customers requesting repairs or returns.
• Provide sales support for outside sales team/representatives.
• Perform accurate, validated cost work-ups for quote

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• Post-secondary technical or business degree, or minimum of 5 years experience
• Working knowledge of product lines
• Familiar with applicable industry codes and specifications
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
