As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the OPE to identify and document tasks to deliver the project on time and within the budget.

In addition, you will:

• Assist in the creation of schedules for projects and project plans
• Track project plans and schedules on a daily basis
• Manage the progression of invoices
• Conduct progress reviews with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables and design decisions to meet overall requirements

About You:

• You must live in the Fort Walton Beach FL area.
• You have the ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for the project build process
• You have strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
• You are able to work in a fast-paced high-volume work environment
• You are dependable and flexible to work weekends and holidays, as needed
