NESCO Resource is Hiring a Project Manager Associate - (Marketing) Near Richmond, VA
Hours: 30-40 hours per week Shifts: Monday-Friday Location: Remote
Must-Haves:
- Strong Marketing Communications Experience
- Strong Project Management Experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Proven MarComm experience with a technical product driven by cross-functional teams (experience in the paper/packaging or materials science industry a plus).
- Strong project management skills to accelerate and deliver MarComm projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Commercial, Strategy, Sustainability, Marketing) to develop and launch commercial enablement initiatives.
- Lead the creation, revision, and management of product guides and digital marketing materials (including translation for global markets).
- Partner with Corporate Communications to update and maintain Global Paper product and end-market webpages.
- Develop and maintain technical product support tools (product indexes, converting guidelines).
- Manage the on-demand digital resource library through content audits/revisions, digital asset management, and optimization (including creating the Global Paper homepage).
- Oversee the paperboard product sample center (sheeted sample and printed collateral management/replenishment).
- Partner with commercial, content/design, and strategy teams to develop value-added selling tools (printed/converted samples, digital campaign materials).
- Collaborate with the commercial organization to develop market, industry, and product presentations for customer engagements.
- Foster a strong bias for action within the team and partner with stakeholders to ensure speed, efficiency, and effectiveness in executing the Global Paper agenda.
- 5 years of marketing communication experience in cross-functional team environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Superior project management and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for identifying and building deliverables that solve customer and business problems.
- Ability to maintain a keen eye for detail, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Team player who can build trust with internal and external stakeholders through collaboration and partnership.
- Drive to win with customers and develop initiatives that differentiate in the marketplace.
