SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the resources, workflow, clinical excellence and productivity of the organizations clinical systems and staff through program evaluation, opportunity analyses, and general analytic consulting using clinical informatic initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in a human service-related field, business administration or health administration and current licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT. Five years of experience in healthcare or business operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Oversee clinical services for the organization.
  • Design and build workflows that identify waste and improve both the clinician and client experiences.
  • Develop and utilize clinical informatics data to drive quality and performance improvement, identify inefficiencies and improve both the clinician and client experiences.
  • Develop, execute, and support an education plan, tools and resources focused on clinical excellence, accurate and timely documentation in the EHR, and other clinical quality initiatives.
  • Plan, evaluate and facilitate the appropriate use of resources within all clinical programs, verifying those resources (i.e. budget management, staff management, budget analysis and preparation, program development and implementation) are used in accordance with the organizations mission, goals, and shared services objectives.
  • Ensure clinical staffing models are in line with budget while meeting service-level agreements.
  • Communicate performance standards and expectations to all staff under his/her direct supervision.
  • Solicit input and discussion from all staff regarding program operations as well as specific job responsibilities. Encourage independent and team initiatives.
  • Coordinate and implement operational projects, in conjunction with Program Directors.
  • Includes developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, measure performance, and provide continual assessment and oversight to completion.
  • Provide assessment and analysis to executive leadership for strategic planning and business development.
  • Build utilities and tools for internal use that enable clinicians to function at a high productivity level and in support of organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with IT in the development of new EHR components to ensure efficient clinical workflow.
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
  • Collect and interpret data for reporting, assist with research, and produce reports as assigned.
  • Assist with establishing and maintaining high quality client care standards and services at each facility.
  • Maintains inter- and intradepartmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperation.
  • Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, training, managing and evaluation of interns, including the assignment of participants, and directing caseload and work. Ensure successful compliance with graduate program expectations.
