Job Summary

Position requires good leadership and communication skills. Duties include supervising rental shop operations and staff, assisting with staff hiring/training, upholding safety and customer service standards, assisting in ordering and inventorying equipment, and other duties as assigned by management. Must be at least 18 and previous supervisory experience is required. A valid driver’s license with an approved driving record (provide upon applying) is preferred.

Current rental binding certifications required (training provided)

Previous supervisory experience

Preferred

Experience working with ski and snowboard equipment

Experience with mountain biking

Excellent customer service skills

Days:

Varies, including weekends and holidays as needed

Hours:

Varied, early mornings and evenings as needed 

Core Responsibilities

• Work with Rental Shop Manager to train new hires, schedule, and maintain daily activities and monitor progress
• Assist Rental Shop Manager with inventorying and ordering rental equipment
• Monitor all rental/repair shop activities in the absence of manager
• Document guest and employee incidents
• Reconcile cash drawer at beginning and/or end of shift
• Other duties as assigned by management
