Assistant Manager needed for fast paced, membership based spa!!

Qualifications:

Committed to building customer loyalty, high school degree or equivalent, drug free, proven leadership skills, strong sales and administrative skills, reliable transportation, willing to work a flexible schedule. We are currently hiring for Sunday through Friday from 8:15am to 4:15pm.

Principal duties for Assistant Manager Role include:

• Sell Memberships and Front Desk Lead
• Complete all delegated responsibilities and tasks from General Manager effectively.
• Build Customer Loyalty:

Assess their needs- Listen and ask questions
Sell them all appropriate services- Utilize knowledge and give advice
Resolve all concerns with a positive result- Do what’s right for the customer
Provide 5 star service to all members, employees, and outside contacts.

• Responsible for promoting MassageLuXe in a positive manner.
• Execute all MassageLuXe policies, procedures, and programs consistently, and in the spirit in which they were designed.
• Uphold all MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness, facilities repair, and equipment functionality
• Implement all MassageLuXe cash management and banking procedures accurately and consistently
• Assist General Manager in hiring, training, and communicating effectively with all employees.
• Assist General Manager in exceeding monthly Revenue goals, EFT retention, and inspection- Motivate, educate, and encourage all staff to reach all goals daily
• Assist General Manager in ensuring that all store employees clock in and out accurately and consistently
• Assist General Manager in ensuring that mandated hours of operation are maintained
• Assist General Manager in responding immediately to all phone calls related to spa operations; 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
• Maintain a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in your spa for both customers and employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
