Retreat Director Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be passionate about health and wellness
• Operating with the highest level of integrity and honesty in alignment with Massage Heights guidelines
• Maintaining a professional and enjoyable teamwork environment
• Excellent, timely communications skills, both verbally and written with the owners and your team members
• Daily hands-on social media efforts including email offers, Facebook and Instagram, etc
• Recruiting, hiring, training and retaining top talent to support growth
• Growing the business in a well-managed and profitable manner
• Daily administration, including timekeeping and payroll management
• Timely handling of guest issues
• Being proactive so training is timely and policies and procedures are followed
• Train and track personal and associates sales towards goal achievement
• Create an environment that is passionate about Customer Service and Sales
• Schedule the team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations in a cost-efficient manner
• Work closely with the owner in setting daily, weekly, monthly and annual plans to achieve profitability goals
• Lead by example: achieve personal as well as Team goals
• Full-time position, including one-weekend shift and fill in, as needed

Retreat Director Qualifications:

• 1.5 years in management, including location Manager, in massage and skincare industry, or similar business
• College degree preferred
• Leadership qualities including sound judgment and integrity
• Strong sales and customer-service success in a growth mode
• Success with training, coaching and conflict resolution
• Experience in social media and guerilla marketing
• Proficiency in interpreting trends in sales and labor reports
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software,
• Spa industry software a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
