As a member of the Front Desk team at Massage Heights, your role will revolve around providing a top-tier, Five-Star experience to our valued Guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including assisting Guests with their treatment plans, scheduling appointments, promoting memberships to both new and returning visitors, overseeing check-ins and check-outs for our members' services, fostering strong relationships with both Guests and fellow Team Members, and upholding a pristine and health-conscious atmosphere for all. You'll collaborate closely with your colleagues on the Front Desk, as well as with our skilled Massage and Skin Therapists, and your dedicated Leadership team.
