**Job Description:**

As a Membership Sales Associate at Massage Envy [Location], you will be a key contributor to our success by actively promoting and selling our membership programs. This role involves engaging with clients, explaining the benefits of membership, and assisting them in choosing the right plan to meet their wellness needs. Your primary focus will be on building lasting relationships and driving membership sales to achieve and exceed targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.

- Educate clients on the benefits of membership and our range of services.

- Conduct personalized wellness assessments to understand clients' needs.

- Effectively communicate membership options and pricing.

- Consistently meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals.

- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.

- Participate in promotional events to attract new clients and members.

- Collaborate with the spa team to enhance the overall client experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Knowledge of massage and skincare services is a plus.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and CRM software.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
