Massage Envy Ardmore is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the company is running smoothly and effectively, and that we are meeting our customer’s needs. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations, sales, customer service, or a related field.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in operations management required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to manage time effectively and prioritize work accordingly.
• Must be able to manage stress and stay calm under pressure.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, co-workers, and managers.
• Must have a strong desire to learn new systems and techniques.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
