Under the umbrella of Mason Equity Group LLC, and several other similarly purposed LLCs (ME), Ryan Mason owns nearly 100 properties valued at over $75 million. This portfolio should be actively managed by a professional Property/Asset Manager (PAM) to maximize value for the owner.
The PAM will take effective ownership of the portfolio, working closely with the owner and Surge Accounting. Responsibilities include property acquisitions, construction, capital improvements, repairs and maintenance, rental activity, disposals, etc. Driven by value enhancements, this position will maintain/report on portfolio financial records, make and deliver upon recommendations to enhance individual property and portfolio value and cash flow by effectively, managing portfolio operations and finances while working closely with the owner and Surge CFO.
