Masis Staffing is Hiring a Forklift Operator Near Deerfield, MA

Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift for Forklift Operators in deerfield MA 01093.

**Must have two of the three items:
-Valid driver's license
-2 references from previous supervisors for forklift position
-previous or current forklift certification

Shifts:
First Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM , $20
Second Shift - Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, $20.75/hr

Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves
- Move materials within the warehouse or distribution center as directed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including OSHA regulations
- Keep accurate records of inventory movement and storage locations
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as required
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Knowledge of basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with different types of forklifts, such as order pickers and clamp trucks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
