Masis Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an order picker for a busy distribution Center. Headset used. Must be able to train on second shift. Bilingual Spanish needed

Case picking and Attendance Incentive Bonus

Work Week: Monday- Thursday 10 hour days starting at 7:30 pm. Get paid for 10 hours even when work is completed early.

Sunday -Overtime available as needed by company. Frequent opportunities.

Responsibility Overview

1) Pick orders by item as directed by a Computer Picking System

2) Build out pallets by specific account or bulk order.

3) Properly use a forklift

4) Use Power Jack as necessary

5) Maintain safe driving standards

Physical Requirements

1) This position requires a physical demand level of heavy material handling of 100lb barrels occasionally, 50lbs frequently and 20lbs continuously.

2) Must be able to walk up and down stairs

3) Must have range of motion for lumbar, thoracic, shoulder and elbow that is defined in the quadrant functional evaluation

4) Must be able to stoop and squat

5) Must be able to push, pull and lift at least 50lbs

6) Must be able to pick a minimum of 1300 cases and 10-30 barrels daily

7) Must be able to work in coolers as necessary with temperatures in the average of 38 degrees
