Masis Staffing in Lakeland is seeking for an experienced Cherry Picker/Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Cherry Picker/Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move, load, and unload materials in a warehouse setting. This plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operations.

Duties:
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to transport materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement and securement of materials
- Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management, including order picking and organizing materials
- Collaborate with warehouse management and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Proficient in basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
