Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastics blow Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in plastics blow molding and injection molding preferred
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of machining techniques and operation of hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
