Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Case Aide. As a Case Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our social work team in providing services to children and families in need. Responsibilities:
- To assist the VR Counselor with organization, structural interventions, and direct training in managing the workload and producing the work required of the Counselor.

Duties:
1. Create a weekly schedule for Counselor, by day, organizing and scheduling work to be accomplished, namely:
-Intakes
-School contacts, onsite & virtual
-case note writing and reviews,
-other duties as assigned or required
-client contacts a minimum of 2x annually
2. Train counselor on the uses and techniques available on the Outlook suite of apps and programs.
3. To accomplish items 1 & 2 the aide may create visual aids, spreadsheets, or other means to remind or assist the counselor in completion of their responsibilities.

This role is not an adjunct Counselor position and as such will have no direct interface with clients and minimal interface with other VR staff.
