Our client located near Brattleboro, VT is looking for an Injection Molding Technician to help with a longterm temporary need!

Your qualifications for the Injection Molding Technician position are as follows :

• High School Diploma / GED
• Technical degree preferred
• 1-2 years molding experience
• Strong mechanical ability
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid attendance record
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Benefits you will receive as the Injection Molding Technician :
• Temporary position
• Estimated duration 5-6 months, potentially longer
• $28-$35 / hour depending on skills and experience For the Injection Molding Technician your duties will include :
• Mold and tooling changes
• Set up equipment and make adjustments as necessary
• Ensure equipment is operating properly
• Support production and quality to ensure product meets requirements
• Foster a safety-first work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet objectives
