PositionSummary for Clinical Research Site Manager

Site Manager will be responsible for thesupervision of the Dayton research site ensuring processes are implemented according tothe direction of leadership. The Manager will also be responsible for theeffective execution of site protocols, regulatory compliance, and providing dailydirection to the site’s Clinical Research Staff.The Clinical Research Manager will help buildthe clinical team in Dayton ensure that theClinical Research staff has the resources necessary to efficiently andeffectively conduct each study.

Roles andResponsibilities for Clinical Research Site Manager

·Facilitate the overall successfulimplementation of and compliance with all of theprocesses, SOPs, work instructions, and best practices

·Maintainsite staff compliance with all regulatory, protocol, and federalrules/regulations/requirements

·Work with the Director ofSite Operations to implement and manage action plans required to reach the goalsfor clinical studies

·Train staff on internalprocesses and procedures as well as ensure compliance providing feedback andcoaching as required

·Ensurethat the clinical research team has proper training and resources necessary tosuccessfully perform and complete the research projects

·Conductindividual quarterly reviews with staff members to ensure that individual goalsand expectations are being met as well as meeting the business goals andobjectives.

·Fully manage Dayton -based staff, including PTO requests, attendance, schedules and other neededtasks.Will work with and receivedirection from Corporate Human Resources regarding payroll/time and attendancereporting, employee relations matters, benefit matters and other staffmanagement processes.

Educationand Experience for Clinical Research Site Manager

·RNor Bachelor of Science Degree minimum

·Minimum of 5 years of clinicalresearch experience

·Minimum of 2 years prior Management experiencepreferred

Knowledgeand Skills Required for Clinical Research Site Manager

·Solid aptitude in processimplementation and the management of processes and procedures

·Experience building & leadingteams, providing direction, coaching and motivating staff
