The IT Technician II is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components of the organization’s IT assets. The IT Technician also supports these systems through remote access or in person site visits as needed by management teams within the agency. The IT Technician reports to the IT Director.
1. At least three (3) years of proven IT Technician experience or relevant experience.
2. Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and communications skills.
3. Knowledgeable of cyber security, data privacy principles, and HIPAA compliance.
4. Capable of handling the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
5. Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position at various locations.
6. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.
Competitive Salary: $68,000-80,000
