Maryville Memory Care is seeking experienced, hands-on Caregivers to join the team of healthcare professionals serving its 16-bed residential care facility. Our caregivers provide excellent personal care to the residents with a person-centered approach. Our small size allows us to truly connect with the residents and their families providing for a positive and rewarding work environment and great place for our residents to live.

We are currently hiring for Day (6:30am-2:30pm) and Night (10:30pm-6:30am) shifts.

Caregivers have an opportunity for training and growth into the Medication Technician position, based on experience.

Requirements: :

• Pre-Service Dementia Care and Infection Prevention Training ( can be completed at time of hire)

• First Aid and Abdominal Thrust Certification (within 30 days of hire)

• Include a proven track record of reliable attendance and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.

• Ability to stand and walk for several hours at a time.

• Hands-on experience assisting with activities of daily living (preferably in the community based care or long-term care setting)

• Ability to establish respectful rapport with Residents and their visitors.

• Must also be able to work weekends.

• Must be 18 years old.

Background screening required for all campus employees.
