Deka Lash is hiring Lash Artists/Estheticians for its' Beaverton, OR (Progress Ridge Townsquare)!

Qualified candidates MUST have a current esthetician/cosmetology license and experience applying lash extensions. Bring your positive attitude and Lash Extension skills to us for a huge opportunity. Regardless of prior lashing experience, you must become 'Deka Lash Certified'. We offer this certification process at no cost to you!

Main Responsibilities include:

• Lash & Brow Artistry – Learning Deka Lash protocols & procedures
• Applying eyelash extensions, tinting and sugaring that WOW customers and protect the health and safety of their natural lashes
• Conducting world-class consultations – by following our proven method and listening to clients wants & expectations
• Building relationships with clients and building your book
• Educating clients on the best way to care for their extensions
• Selling products to ensure lash retention
• Converting clients to members
• Educating clients on all Deka Lash products, services & membership options
• Checking clients in and out
• Following all sanitation protocols & standards
• Ensure the studio is kept neat & clean at all times
• Attend all monthly staff meetings
• Performing additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Experienced in the art of applying lash extensions
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Must be comfortable selling products, memberships & services
• Outgoing personality, able to work with others, positive attitude
• Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance. Must wear Deka Lash brand color scrubs & closed-toed, soft-soled shoes
• Strong work ethic – Must be punctual and in the studio during specified hours, regardless of scheduled appointments
• Must be able to work various shifts including evenings & weekends
• Must have a current Oregon esthetician/cosmetology license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
