We are seeking a friendly and energetic receptionist to be the face of Marymount Manor Skilled Nursing facility in Eureka.

Front Desk Receptionist Job Description:

Full Time - Days 7:30a-4p - Monday through Friday

• Answer phone calls and greet visitors
• Direct calls to nursing station/other departments as needed
• Assist residents with visits from family/friends
• Assist with scheduling as needed by HR
• Assist HR with secure applications, personal records and/or payroll as needed
• General typing, copying and filing as needed
• Assist with tours and way-finding as needed
• Other receptionist-related duties as requested by office manager/ administrator
