Marymont Animal Hospital
Marymont is looking for a hard-working, professional, friendly and passionate receptionist for our busy, two-doctor hospital. We prefer some experience in reception as well as animal experience. Receptionists should be able to multitask by handling phone lines, book appointments, file charts, process payments, prepare medications as well as staying organized in the workplace.
Full training of our computer program is provided. Multi-line phone system experience and proficiency in Spanish is also preferred.
Availability mainly includes morning shifts M-F(2:00pm-7:30pm) & Sat (8:00am-4:00pm). However, there is flexibility for afternoon shifts.
