We’re seeking a skilled installer/carpenter to provide customers with courteous, professional, and technical-precise installations of our bathroom products and services. Responsibilities include maintaining company-issued tools, resources, and materials in an orderly, safe manner, as well as updating records and paperwork for job files. The installer/carpenter will become an expert resource on all product knowledge, installation, inventory, and warranty inquiries, while always displaying a professional appearance and friendly demeanor for our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Manage complete bathroom remodeling projects
• Provide consistently high levels of job quality
• Maintain a strong sense of customer service
• Learn and implement Re-Bath Franchise system, tools, training, and resources

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate people and organizational skills

• Ready to learn and implement Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training, and resources

• Willing to incorporate proven installation and remodeling systems

• Value careful attention to detail

• Must be able to safely maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Valid driver’s license, and background check required
