Job Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Duties:

Paint and Hardware industries

Basic knowledge of paint industries

Basic knowledge of power tools

must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs

- Experience in shift management
- Proficiency in retail math and budgeting
- Knowledge of recruiting and training development
- Familiarity with retail sales processes
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.06 - $24.16 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
