The Judiciary Clerk assists the public with information, completing various documents and verifying documents for completion and accuracy. Creates new cases and enters all domestic violence and peace order cases in DV office. Answers all questions related to the domestic violence process. Prepares the daily domestic violence docket for the courtroom. Accepts and process motions, shielding request and other assigned duties.
Education: High school diploma (or GED equivalent).
Experience: One (1) year of work experience, preferably in court operations or in the fields of criminal justice, parole and probation, legal or financial services.
