Summary
Under the direction of the Security Operations Supervisor, the Team Lead maintains accountability for the coordination of front-end security services.
Assist in all aspects of security operations support, including performance improvement, development, documentation, testing and training.
Assists leadership with special projects and in examining processes to improve workflow and operations. Provide duties of a security officer throughout the shift as needed.
