Job Responsibilities:
¦ Sales profit planning and progress management
Collaborate with store managers, MD Dept., and Section Managers to provide support from store recruitment to product sales status.
¦ Initial evaluation of store staff and support for improving operational efficiency
Creating shelves, developing promotions, placing orders and stocking items, providing initial evaluations of each employee in various tasks, and providing support and training that will lead to business improvements.
Discuss with the store manager the discrepancy between the ideal store staffing system and the current situation, and support them in making appropriate hiring decisions.
¦ Guidance on optimizing store product inventory
Plan and promote order quantity guidance, alerts, and countermeasures to ensure that each store's inventory is at an appropriate level.
We will analyze the loss reports of each store and develop countermeasures against shoplifting, best-before date management, and the ideal product management system.
Develop reports, create manuals, and revamp them in a timely manner to help manage each store.
¦ Initiatives to expand E-shop sales
Procure listed products and negotiate special sales prices to differentiate from competitors
In collaboration with the WEB Marketing Department, we will regularly introduce products to acquire new customers, increasing awareness of the E-Shop and expanding our track record.
¦ Improved promotion of sales-enhancing products
Provide training to store employees on how to improve their work efficiency and prioritize their work.
Provide guidance on how to use POP signs, product display volume, and facing, leading to improved performance.
Carry out sales promotion activities that increase awareness and appeal of imported products from Japan and monthly strategic products to customers.
¦ Planning and promotion of new store openings and existing store renovations
Propose new store openings and existing store renovations related to the lifestyle in charge, and manage the progress of plans.
Provide training and support for human resources to acquire skills.
Create manuals for education and update them in a timely manner
Comprehensive selection of fixtures, equipment, and procured products, schedule management, and project progress management.
¦ MDD-SectionManager business support
We will communicate to our employees the core values of Japan Specialty Store, such as Japanese quality, Japanese trends, and Japanese functional specialty products, and utilize them for sales promotions.
Provide guidance and support to Section Managers to strengthen purchasing, product production, and POP sign development.
¦ Exploration of demand by store
By focusing on communication and collaboration with stores, we will be able to understand the potential demand for each store's products, and utilize this information to improve MDPLAN and the items we handle.
¦ Collaborate with PPIH's PB team in Japan to plan and manage progress for locally manufactured products in the US.
Has full authority over selecting vendors, creating income and expenditure plans, and managing inventory after manufacturing, and is responsible for sales promotion,
Understand copyright, copyright, and local US sales regulations and promote product development in collaboration with Japanese and US corporations.
¦ Plan and promote a promotion plan that takes into account the initial production lot, the number of products introduced at each store, and consumption status.
Has the authority to select products that will be discontinued in order to maximize the sales of Private Brand, and will work with the store manager, MDD-Dept, Sect, and Manager to manage the progress of sales floor changes.
¦ Private Brand branding
Locally manufactured in the US, has full authority over branding to maximize the sales power of PPIH Group's Private Brand, and actions to expand recognition.
Planning and promotion of advertising and promotion plans to acquire trial users
Planning and promotion of customer notification activities linked to store banners and web marketing
Planning and promotion of a promotion plan to make it a core product in the E-Shop
Creating POP signs for sales promotion and attaching them at stores
As a project leader, work with the Dept, SectManager, and store manager to promote business for the above tasks.
¦ Storage costs of manufactured products
We always make decisions based on economic rationality, whether to manage it in our own warehouse or in a vendor warehouse.
¦ Always manage the contract details of initiatives Vendor and Maker matters
At the time of the initial contract or when there is a renewal, we will prepare a approval document and work on it after approval, regardless of the cost involved.
¦ Constantly check and respond to changes in manufacturing, sales rules, and regulations in the US.
Information regarding legal revisions will be shared with PPIH and the Japanese team.
